3). As the agent, to apply related license for exporting procedure, like as export license, customs clearance certificate, etc.

4). As the agent, to prepare or apply integrated required documents for destination customs clearance, such as Invoice, Packing List, original certificate, insurance, sanitation certificate, phytosanitary certificate, etc.

2. How to do Export Agent with us

1). Locating the cargos’ HS code according to your cargo information, and prepare a suitable exporting program against your requirements.

2). Sign an agent export agreement with you and sign the purchase order with your supplier for you.

3). Based on the discussed payment terms and other terms which fixed by you and your customer, we sign the sales contract with your customer for you.

4). Offer you our detailed account information, so that your customer can remit the payment or apply the L/C to our bank.

5). After we receiving payment, we will pay the related supplier as per instruction, and your supplier send us the right VAT invoice.

6). As soon as the cargo ready for shipping, you need to provide us the detailed information, then we can arrange space booking and related matters.

7). We will prepare all the exporting documents for exporting customs clearance according to your cargo information.

8). After shipping, we will prepare one full set of shipping documents for destination customs clearance.

9). Do the settlement with you as soon as the consigned order finished.
